A new physical counting variance report has been developed to ensure that counting and postings are accurate.
It is now mandatory to TCode - ZCOUNT before posting inventory differences using MI07.
The T-Code will display, for the entered parameters combination, the book stock quantity, Book Stock value, counted quantity and value.

SAP - Physical Inventory Programs
The Z Programs (MI01 and MI04) which were giving trouble, have been modified and corrected.
*** Before doing anything, please download the Stocks of the warehouse using the following parameters:
1 Plant
2. Un-check NO ZERO STOCK LINES

ZMI01 will not create any physical counting documents now. Its behaviour has been changed as below:
MI31 will create inventory count documents, which can be viewed in ZCOUNT T-Code.
Next Step is to enter the count using ZMI04 T-Code as described in the user manual.
Finally Post the difference using MI07 T-Code.
Process all files (related to a warehouse or a customer) one by one in sequence and finally generate MB52 to validate the Physical Difference Postings.

- Display errors related to Batches
- Display errors related to Barcodes
- Finally on resolution of above 2 problems, it will display a list of material codes which can be download and used in Standard TCODE MI31.
